Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely. We accept International Orders and ship Worldwide.
Delivery is carried out by Royal Mail and DHL and has to be signed for by the customer. International customers should be aware that import duties/taxes may be issued.
Can I return an item?
Items can be returned if you are unhappy with your purchase. Please inform us of this and return within 14 working days of purchase and via recorded delivery service in its original condition. Please note items that have been opened or used will not be accepted. The cost of sending the goods back to us will be borne by you.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes you can. Refunds are given if an order is cancelled within 14 days of receiving the order and will be provided within 5 working days once item is received by us. However, the cost of the return of an order cancelled after dispatch will be the customer’s responsibility.
What if my goods are damaged when received?
Please advise us by emailing email@example.com within 24 hours should you receive any damaged goods and we will investigate. We will however need photographic evidence at the time of logging your complaint.
